Prepare for the Eventual Return of the Wolves

Local news has been all over this recently. Apparantly, Washington was overrun by wolves throughout the 1800s until they were intentionally driven out of Washington and officially extirpated by the 1930s. The current report is that there are 2 new breeding wolf packs living in the state--the first since the 1930s! I'm excited about this so I have decided if I support any endangered species, it is the gray wolf; they are awesome. Midwest states have wooed wolf populations back through "wolf-recovery" programs--whatever that means--and I'm hoping wolves will migrate from these states into WA. So, I'd like to remind everyone that wolves are soon to make a comeback in WA and that it is now illegal to harm, harass, or kill a gray wolf because of their endangered status. (Also, if you hear any howling it may be our friend the gray wolf.)
Aah-oooooh!
